breakfast included some tasty options. the staff were very friendly. it was a short ride to the city center too. the location offered convenient access to transportation.

the room is too small. it was difficult to comfortably fit four adults. i complained, but they did not resolve the issue. there also wasn't any water in the room.

The breakfast had great essentials. plus, i could grab my coffee to go, woo-hoo! they quickly provided a second comforter when i asked for one. i thought the staff was friendly. So helpful!

the air conditioning barely worked! technically, it was on, but it didn't cool a thing. the windows only tilted. so, the temperature rose during the night, oh no!

I liked the staff. They were friendly and cute. the staff were always ready to help. cleanliness was another strong point with the premises well maintained, and all areas looked neat. the team maintained a professional attitude, lovely.

the hotel location slightly increased costs because of transport. it was a small inconvenience though

The breakfast area was too cramped. it was hard to find a seat and the buffet line was disorganized. this made breakfast stressful. Not relaxing. also, the gym was very small. it only had a few pieces of equipment. there were no free weights. this was a real letdown for me.

The breakfast was not great. it felt really overcrowded. I had to wait a while just to get plates. i ended up eating cereal with room temperature milk. the parking garage was also a pain. The entrance was so narrow it was difficult to get in and out.
